1) Home User Support
Many of our customers are
home users, we understand that a computer is as essential as
a car in our day to day lives. We offer full in shop
services for both hardware and software problems, be it a
laptop, Tower, or Apple Computer. These services include:
FREE
DIAGNOSTICS: If you chose
to have it repaired all diagnostics are free, if you choose
to not have it repaired, but let us recycle the unit,
diagnostics are free. Should you wish to not have it
repaired and wish to pick it up a nominal $30 fee is charged
Virus Removal: We are successful in removing
90% of Viruses without having to wipe and reload the
computer. Average cost $60.
Wipe and Reload: Should we need to, or if the
customer wishes, we can wipe the computer, reload the
operating system and drivers. Average
cost $60.
Laptop Screen and DC Jack Replacement: We do
these repairs in-house, we don't send them out for weeks.
Average cost $60 plus parts.
Full
Service repairs on all other problems:
We can repair or upgrade almost
anything, our free diagnostics is a tool for you to find out
if a unit is worth repairing, so give us a call and arrange
a time to bring it in.

Business Support
Our Experience with micro and
small businesses can help you concentrate on your core
competencies, and perform your day to day tasks more
efficiently. We have a number of offerings, from helping to
plan your infrastructure, moving your small business away
from consumer grade equipment, disaster recovery, managed
maintenance and more..
Give us a call if you need
help managing your IT equipment either periodically or with
a managed service plan. We also offer small businesses
training for the "elected computer specialist" that most
small offices have. This has helped many of our smaller
clients manage their day to day operation at a fraction of
the cost.
Our Rates:
Our in Shop rates are $25 per
half hour with an hour minimum, but we rarely
charge over two hours per incident. Diagnostics are free
within the guidelines above,
and we will always call and explain what we need to do and
quote before any work is carried out.
Our Onsite rates are $90 per
hour, Minimum 1 hour, this is due to the fact that we can
only work on 1 computer at a time on site. We recommend that
if at all possible you bring the PC to us.
